Long time no post

Well, it have been a long time since my last post. Alot has happened since then. The main thing is that we are having another baby girl. She is due November 24, 2009. We are so excited about having 2 little girls. Well Mackenzie has gotten so big. I cant believe it. She is the light of my life. I cant wait to get home everyday and give her some love. Starting in a couple of weeks, I am going to be staying at home again with her. I stayed at home with her for 18 months and I can't wait to do it again. So I am going to attach a few pics since my last blog and this one.

Mac's Halloween Outfits

So we have gotten some cute little Halloween outfits this year. I also can't wait to post her actual Halloween costume pics. Daddy was home for the weekend so he got to be in some pics. He is gone again for the last 2 weeks of training. He will return on the 18th and we will be so happy.

Park and Piggy Tails

So Brandon has been gone since September 7th training in Duncan South Carolina. Mackenzie and I have missed him so much. He will be back home on Friday the 26th but only for the weekend and then gone again Sunday to Austin for a week. He will then be home for the weekend and then Sunday will leave again for Duncan for another 2 weeks. This is going to be forever but once this is over, he is here forever. We just have to get through these 6 weeks. So Mackenzie and i have to find things to do, so Friday night, we played lets see how long we can keep these piggies in without her pulling them out and then today we went to the park. We are having fun together but we would have more fun if Daddy was home with us.

Alabama VS. Tulane

So us and all the neighbors had an Alabama cookout. We had ribs, baked beans, deviled eggs, and brownies. So good. We had to listen to the game on the internet, b/c living in Louisiana it was blacked out on all TV channels. So here is a pic of me and Mackenzie.

Mackenzie

So like I said Mackenzie is 16 months old and will be 17 months old on September 11th. She was born on April 11, 2007. She just got her 13th tooth in. She weighs about 24 lbs and about 34 inches tall. She has the most beautifulest strawberry blond hair. She is the light of my life. It took us 4 years to have her so we call her our miracle baby. She has been on many airplane rides to Alabama to see the family. She loves to play with all her toys and loves her Bangles( purple stuffed rhino).

So now we are trying to have our second miracle baby and are hoping it doesnt take that long this time.

Hurricane Gustav

Ok, so here is my first post. My name is Leslie and I am married to Brandon. We have been married for 5 1/2 years. We have a 16 month old named Mackenzie. We are now living in Shreveport, LA and we love it. I just started working 2 weeks ago, so Mackenzie and I are both trying to adjust to daycare and work. It was hard for both of us but we are surviving.

Right now we are sitting here waiting for the hurricane to come and get us. I am off work tomorrow and so we get to spend another day with Mackenzie. She stayed home from daycare on Friday with daddy and I worked. This past weekend we went to meet Brandon's daddy and girlfriend in Vicksburg, MS. It was lots of fun. Mackenzie was sick to her stomach all weekend, but she still was running around like her usual self.
